Patrick DoyleM.Sc. Mr. Doyle brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role as Senior Consultant, CPMS. He has held a number of senior and executive roles within Human Resources encompassing unionized and non-union environments within both the private and public sectors. As an integral member of executive teams, Mr. Doyle contributed through his strategic focus and operational expertise. His consultancy practice reflects his ability to communicate effectively and build collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders, ranging from boards of directors to senior management, employee and community groups. Mr. Doyle’s governance experience encompasses a number of organizations with industry, professional and community organizations in both Board Executive and Board Member positions. A skilled facilitator and educator, Mr. Doyle has been adjunct post-graduate faculty at Royal Roads University (Victoria) and Rochester Institute of Technology (Rochester, N.Y.), as well as in-house faculty for executive and management-level leadership development programs at different points in time throughout his career.
