Strategic PlanningTypically, organizations are reactive in nature; we respond to outside influences that include anything from changing the service delivery model, to the expansion or consolidation of offices/stores. A strategic plan however is active, where senior management, and owner/operators set a target and develop processes to reach it. The plan begins with a vision of future objectives. From there, we work backwards to develop interim objectives and resources required in order to meet these future objectives. The plan is inclusive of all departments/functions - operations, people, communications, physical, administration and finance. Although the plan must be flexible, it must also be specific so that your organization can work towards achieving an end goal. Some organizations succeed by luck while others develop a plan to succeed. Let us help you reach your goals by guiding you through the strategic planning process. |
