Ms. LaDouceur is an accomplished, broadly talented labour and employee relations specialist, leadership development specialist and negotiator.

Deanna has in depth knowledge and experience in the field of Labour Relations and Human Resources. She worked on the labour side for 20 years representing union members in various unions in Alberta, BC as well as California.

Her past experience of 14 years as a Consultant and Human Resources Director for international companies, made her an expert in employee and labour relations legislation in 8 provinces across Canada.

Deanna has successfully negotiated more than 100 first and renewal collective agreements and has also dealt with the administration of these collective agreements.

She has considerable expertise in dealing with and settling grievances as well as presenting at arbitrations.

Deanna is an effective instructor and communicator. Her areas of expertise include Contract Negotiations / Collective Bargaining, Labour Relations, Mediation, Organization Development, Strategic Human Resource Management, Team Building, Union Relations, Employee Engagement, Executive Coaching and Employee Relations.

Deanna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Labour Relations from Hofstra University in Hempstead, NY, Personnel Administration Certificate from University of Alberta in Edmonton. She has her Chartered Professional In Human Resources (CPHR) of British Columbia and Yukon certification.
