Mohamed Doma is a senior consultant who has achieved significant expertise in developing and implementing strategic processes and initiatives. His areas of expertise include organizational design, strategic planning, contract negotiations, performance management and labour relations.

Mr. Doma has worked extensively with organizations such as the Police Services Division, the B.C. Chiefs of Police, the R.C.M.P., the Halifax Regional School Board, and the Simon Fraser Health Region, providing both advice and tactical guidance in sensitive areas. Mr. Doma has also served as the Chief Negotiator, negotiating collective agreements with provincial and national unions. He has represented employers in arbitration hearings and employment tribunals. On behalf of the employer he has negotiated with: The Canadian Union of Public Employees, Nova Scotia Teachers Union, Ontario Public Service Employees Union, Service Employees Union, Ontario Nursing Association, Halifax Civic Workers, Nova Scotia's Union of Public Employees, Health Sciences Association, The International Union of Operating Engineers, Hospital Employees Union, BCNU, UFCW, and other unions.

Major contributions include the development of a leadership curriculum for police department personnel and police board members, successful facilitation of the integration of the Nelson Police Department and the R.C.M.P., and advising and assisting in the development of a five-year strategic plan for the B.C. Association of Chiefs of Police.

Mr. Doma's experience extends from his employment with such large organizations as the Ford Motor Company, Fibreglass Canada, Simon Fraser Health Region, and Halifax Regional School Board. During his career he has held several directorships within various departments, serving as many as 8,000 employees.

Presently a senior consultant, Mr. Doma's clients include those from both the private and public sectors. Health care providers, police departments, universities, boards, associations, hotels, and private business owners rely on and seek his expert counsel.

Mr. Doma presents seminars on Management Rights, Hiring Techniques and Retention Initiatives, Discipline, Organizational Development, Labour Relations and a host of other topics that include Performance Management and Employee Discipline and Discharge. His audience includes newly promoted supervisors, senior managers, business owners, board members, presidents and CEOs of Fortune 500 companies.
