Ms. Barb Mitchell is a senior executive who has successfully led business and marketing units in some of the world’s leading organizations. Barb excelled in the areas of organizational structure, strategy development, marketing and change management.

For almost two decades, Ms. Mitchell has worked with various Fortune 500 companies, including the Coca-Cola Company and Heineken Ltd., utilizing her personal approach in leading teams to develop strategies to bring National products and promotions to market. Ms. Mitchell’s focus has evolved to assisting companies to implement the practices necessary to bring their corporate strategies to life. Throughout her career, Ms. Mitchell has focused extensively on adding value to companies through the development of their customer relationships and strategies. She recognizes that the people, internal and external, as well as the planning and processes, are the key to any company’s success. With this discipline in mind, Ms. Mitchell has been able to successfully lead and manage teams dedicated to accelerating the organization’s financial growth as well as driving the systemic change needed to move the business forward.
